The Beacon Blast Fun Run is the main fundraiser. Funds raised are used to provide grants to teachers, field trips for students, free whole-school events, and educational initiatives. Money raised also contributes to a fund established to purchase new play structures and equipment for our playground. Funds from last year's Beacon Blast were used to pay for the following:
Wild Swan Theater field trip
Science Alive animal visits
Grants for every teacher
STEAM books and materials
STEM Night
Art Night

This year’s Ice Cream Social
We are asking each family to support the Beacon Blast by donating any amount they can comfortably afford. We have a fundraising goal of $25,000 this year. This goal will help us to continue to provide complimentary events; fund teacher grants; contribute to the playground replacement fund; as well as pay for all field trips. If we raise an average of $50 per student, we can achieve this goal and you wouldn’t be asked to pay additional moneys for field trips.
